Builder.ai enables businesses to build custom apps using AI and a suite of software solutions. However, many potential customers found it difficult to determine their exact needs and where to start. This uncertainty often led to confusion, creating friction in the conversion process.

To address this, we simplified the user journey by introducing a question: "What does your business need?". Users could select an answer from a dropdown, and the site would guide them to the most relevant Builder.ai product. This helped potential customers quickly understand which solution best fit their goals.

Additionally, we designed a ‘How It Works’ component to walk users through the entire process. This added clarity and reassurance, helping them gain confidence in the platform’s capabilities. A separate ‘How It Works’ page goes deeper into the process, explaining each step in detail. Animation was used to add subtle motion, making the page more engaging while improving user understanding.

The results were significant. The update led to a 132% increase in demo requests via the homepage, translating into a projected $727,704 in additional revenue.
